Bringing new experiences & impressions to the dancers and the public. The dancers by challenging them, pushing their limits and bringing them to a higher performance level. Getting something out of them they weren't aware they had in them. The public by making them part of this new experience and as a result think, feel, wonder or just simply enjoy.

Inspired by life in general and by the people around her Ilka creates a broad assortment of choreographies. The genres vary from jazz to tap, contemporary, theatre dance und Tanztheater. Ilka is always interested in creating something new and tailors specifically on the group she is working with. This makes the transition from learning to owning the piece a smooth and natural experience for the dancers.

As part of her profession Ilka is also an expert in working with non-dancers such as actors/singers/models. Setting an easy to learn choreography on them she gets them moving, looking confidant and good on stage or in front of the camera.
